This is a neat little utility which is incredibly difficult to find.
So I might as well host it.

Basically many schools and universities use a interesting tool called Deep Freeze.
It 'freezes' the computer's hard drive in a fixed state and when you reboot all changes are undone.
System Admins love it. This tool disables it. :D

Just pop open the program and it will allow you to unfreeze it for the next reboot or permanently.
